Parts Back Counter Associate - Ford of Kirkland

We are seeking a hard-working individual to come in and help us with our Parts Back Counter operations, specifically, at our Ford dealership. Working as our Parts Back Counter Associate, you will be responsible for managing parts inventory, processing parts orders, and ensuring that the back counter is well-stocked and organized to meet the needs of our technicians. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working at a Ford dealership with parts knowledge.

Parts Back Counter Associate Job Description

• Provide internal customer service to technicians and service staff.
• Maintain and track parts inventory for the back counter.
• Ensure proper organization and stocking of parts for technician use.
• Assist in ordering and receiving parts as needed.
• Help facilitate and track parts usage in the service department.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends required!)

Parts Back Counter Associate Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of parts counter experience (dealership experience highly preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of CDK experience preferred.
• 1+ years of Auto Parts experience.
• 1+ years of Dealership experience, preferably at a Ford dealership.
• Reliable, punctual, with a go-getter attitude.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
