BDC Service Representative

Ron Tonkin Honda is looking for someone with great phone etiquette and would like to set themselves up for a long-term career. We are looking to add a BDC Service Representative to our team. This position is going to be a lot of work on the phones, both inbound and outbound calling. Prior automotive experience is a plus but other experiences such as reception or high-volume call centers transfer well. The ideal candidate is going to be extremely reliable and would have a great phone voice.

BDC Service Representative Job Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls.
• Help with scheduling services that need to be done on our guests’ vehicles.
• Confirm appointments with guests.
• Make outbound calls for scheduling appointments

BDC Service Representative Qualifications

• HS Diploma.
• 1 year of prior customer service experience.
• Proper phone etiquette.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
