We are currently looking for a Transportation Supervisor to help manage Safety, Transportation, and Maintenance processes, and to lead a team of drivers! We are looking for a candidate who can work independently and juggle multiple tasks at once. This role will also include some delivery driving. Our mission is to safely get our customers their car parts, and we must be relentless in our pursuit of excellent customer service!
This is a full-time hourly position (40+ hours/week). Typically, Monday – Friday, mostly early morning hours.
Pay: $27-$30 / Hour
Our Delivery team members work hard to help us support our nearly 4,000 customers across the Pacific Northwest by loading and unloading parts at our cross-dock and customer shops. Clear communication with our dispatchers and customers is vital for this role. Verifying order information against actual deliveries to ensure a great customer experience is also vital. We utilize the Elite Extra system to track deliveries for route optimization!
The Transportation Supervisor will coordinate with the Dispatch Team and Human Resources to oversee training, performance management, scheduling, and dispatching, to ensure we are providing a high level of service to our customers while reducing labor and maintenance costs.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to lead and manage the performance of a team of Delivery Drivers. You will also manage processes surrounding fleet maintenance, scheduling, and reducing costs. Time is of the essence to ensure our customers can count on deliveries being made on time, every time!
