Business is booming here at Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and to help accommodate growth, our dealership is looking to add a Service BDC/Appointment Coordinator to our team.
This position will primarily focus on phone-based duties, including both inbound and outbound calls, and managing service appointments. While prior automotive experience is a plus, we also welcome candidates with experience in reception or high-volume call centers. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, customer-focused, and organized.
Service BDC/Appointment Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for our guests’ vehicles.
- Confirm appointments with guests and send reminders when needed.
- Ensure accurate information is entered into our system.
- Follow up on pending appointments and reschedule when necessary.
