Description

Business is booming here at Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and to help accommodate growth, our dealership is looking to add a Service BDC/Appointment Coordinator to our team.

This position will primarily focus on phone-based duties, including both inbound and outbound calls, and managing service appointments. While prior automotive experience is a plus, we also welcome candidates with experience in reception or high-volume call centers. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, customer-focused, and organized.

 

Service BDC/Appointment Coordinator Job Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist with appointment scheduling.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments for our guests’ vehicles.
  • Confirm appointments with guests and send reminders when needed.
  • Ensure accurate information is entered into our system.
  • Follow up on pending appointments and reschedule when necessary.

Qualifications

Service BDC/Appointment Coordinator Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1 year of prior customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proper phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
