Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our recently acquired Orange County Honda dealership. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction (CSI), growing volume, improving profits, and leading a team to consistently exceed performance goals. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our dealership’s reputation for excellence, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

General Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations of the dealership, ensuring that all departments (sales, service, parts, and finance) work cohesively to achieve business goals.
- Drive customer satisfaction by fostering a customer-first culture and ensuring high CSI scores.
- Manage daily operations to maintain a high volume of vehicle sales and service business while focusing on achieving profitability and revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, adjusting strategies to improve net profit.
- Hire, train, and motivate a team of department managers to ensure productivity, efficiency, and top-tier customer service.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-oriented dealership culture that enhances employee engagement, reduces turnover, and builds long-term employee loyalty.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase foot traffic and enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
