We are actively pursuing a Parts Counter Advisor to join our Parts Department. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who worked in a retail Auto Parts Store, such as NAPA, AutoZone, etc., to switch over to a dealership and start gaining some dealership experience. Working as our Parts Counter Advisor, you would be tasked with assisting both our clients and our automotive technicians with their auto parts needs. The ideal candidate would have prior auto parts experience and a great work ethic.
Parts Counter Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Providing customer service to customers.
- Maintaining and tracking inventory.
- Ordering supplies for a dealership or auto service center.
- Advise customers about the equipment and parts available for a specific vehicle or car brand.
- Help facilitate and track sales of parts.
