Service Lane Assistant Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Greet every customer and visitor with a warm, welcoming attitude. Provide clear directions and helpful information to ensure a positive experience every time.
  • Support Service Advisors: Assist service advisors by directing customers to the appropriate departments and helping with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the service area neat and organized, adhering to company standards for safety and cleanliness.
  • Customer Assistance: Address customer needs and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and helping them find solutions to their service requirements.
  • Additional Duties: Assist in any other tasks required within the service department to ensure smooth operations.

Service Lane Assistant Compensation & Benefits

Pay: Starting at $15 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

Service Lane Assistant Qualifications

  • Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and effective when dealing with dissatisfied customers or challenging situations.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and excellent attendance.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to perform light housekeeping, detailing, and organizational tasks.

Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
