Ford of Kirkland is one of the top-performing Ford dealerships in the Pacific Northwest. Despite all that, our service department continues to grow! We need a BDC Manager to bring on board. The BDC Manager would oversee the operations of the BDC department, making sure the department is running efficiently and cooperating cohesively with the service department. The ideal candidate would have prior BDC management experience at a dealership and great leadership skills.
BDC Manager Job Responsibilities
- Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients
- Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
- Collaborate with the Service BDC team to ensure requirements are met, such as Service numbers and call goals
- Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
- Manage the Service BDC Department which consists of 8 or more employees
