Assistant Service Manager Key Responsibilities
- Assist in hiring, training, and managing service drive employees
- Support customer retention efforts by fostering positive relationships
- Oversee post-repair services, including vehicle delivery and test driving
- Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by addressing customer concerns promptly and according to dealership guidelines
- Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their service experience
- Collaborate with department leaders to achieve and exceed departmental goals and objectives
