George Gee Cadillac Kia is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Representative/Consultant to join our sales department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills, build lasting relationships with customers, and contribute to the success of our dealership.

 

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the car buying process
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and specifications to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Conduct test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our vehicles
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in any industry is required; automotive sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background, and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
