Lot Attendant/Porter Job Responsibilities

• Perform shuttle vehicle driver.
• Move vehicles out of service drive and park for technicians.
• Provide quality customer service to guests.
• Maintain the orderly appearance of loaner vehicles.
• Pick up and deliver parts for Parts Dept.
• Assist Service Department where needed.

Lot Attendant/Porter Benefits

Lot Attendant/Porter Qualifications

• Ability to engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner, providing a positive customer experience.
• Capable of communicating effectively with clients and colleagues to address inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Demonstrated safe driving practices with a clean motor vehicle history.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and presentation for client vehicles.
• Ability to adhere to schedules and timelines to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of vehicles.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not included in the screening.
