Internet Sales Representative/Consultant Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming internet leads, emails, and chat inquiries from potential customers. Engage in personalized conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively showcase the right options to potential buyers.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the complete sales process, from initial contact to test drives and closing deals. Utilize effective negotiation skills to ensure a win-win outcome for both the customer and the dealership.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture leads and build trust. Follow up on inquiries promptly and provide additional information as needed.
