We are seeking an experienced and success-driven individual to join our sales team! Our ideal candidate would have previous highline automotive sales experience, be motivated to learn about our exciting inventory, have exceptional customer service skills, be self-driven, and have a strong will to succeed. Our sales staff guide potential customers from their very first contact with our store through the buying process, including regular follow-up via phone, email, and text before and after the sale.

This is a fast-paced position where exceeding client expectations is Job #1. We strive to create a low-pressure and hassle-free buying experience for every client.

Qualifications

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications

  • Automotive sales experience is required. Experience in a luxury dealer setting preferred.
  • The position requires strong communication skills and moderate computer proficiency to accommodate the daily use of multiple systems.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, and a self-directed "can-do" attitude are also a must.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
