Service Manager Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service department, ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily service activities, including scheduling, workflow, and technician performance.
- Maintain a positive work environment focused on teamwork, safety, and customer service.
- Work closely with parts and sales departments to coordinate customer service efforts.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service revenue, repair order count, and customer retention.
