We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts management, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach. Parts Manager Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely ordering, and efficient distribution of parts.
- Manage and mentor a team of parts associates, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to meet customer needs and enhance overall dealership performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize department operations.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures, as well as safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to parts orders.
