Shop Production Manager / Dispatcher Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the workflow in the service department, ensuring timely and efficient completion of jobs.
- Dispatch work to technicians based on skill sets and availability.
- Monitor job progress and communicate with service advisors and customers on status updates.
- Ensure the shop maintains high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and problem-solving in real-time to avoid delays.
