Ford Hyundai of Kirkland, the #1 Ford dealership in the Pacific Northwest, is actively seeking a Fleet Manager to join our team. As a Fleet Manager, you would be responsible for the acquisition, management of repairs and maintenance, and disposal of fleet vehicles. The ideal candidate would have prior dealership fleet management experience and a strong understanding of the operations that come with managing a fleet.
Fleet Manager Job Responsibilities
- Direct supervision, hiring, and evaluating the work of employees as a first-line supervisor.
- Deciding whether a vehicle meets environmental standards, should be purchased, or disposed of.
- Develops and administers vehicle/equipment asset management processes from procurement to disposition.
- Establish and monitor purchasing, operational, and replacement strategies and practices for the most cost-effective operation.
- Ensure unit compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations related to vehicle repair shop operations and vehicle and mobile equipment use and care.
