As a Deal Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of sales and lease transactions.

 

Deal Administrator Responsibilities

  • Process and review sales and lease paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and dealership requirements.
  • Verify all financial and contractual information provided by customers and sales representatives.
  • Calculate and verify sales taxes, registration fees, and other applicable charges.
  • Communicate with finance institutions to secure funding and finalize deals.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless completion of vehicle sales and lease transactions.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all sales and lease documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to deals and contracts.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

Deal Administrator Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Previous experience in a dealership setting, deal processing, or automotive administration is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive financing and legal regulations is advantageous.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
