Position Overview:

V3 Electric is looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician with expertise in solar and battery installations. Ideal candidates will hold a journeyman certification along with solar and battery credentials, but we’re also open to highly experienced professionals with relevant certifications. If you’re passionate about clean energy, take pride in high-quality work, and want to grow with a fast-moving team, this is a great opportunity to lead installations from start to finish in a dynamic field environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of solar panel installation, including electrical wiring, mounting of inverters, and solar panel racking.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot battery storage systems.
• Conduct site assessments to identify installation requirements.
• Ensure all installations are compliant with local, state, and national codes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Certification (preferred)
• Solar and Battery Certifications (required)
• Extensive experience with solar energy systems from start to finish
• Strong understanding of electrical and solar codes and standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements and be eligible to drive for this position.

Schedule: M-F, Starting as early as 6:00am. Saturdays as needed.
