Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute performance-driven email campaigns across ActiveCampaign and DealerSocket, maximizing open rates, CTR, and conversions
• Build sophisticated automation workflows including welcome series, abandoned browse recovery, and customer lifecycle campaigns using AI-powered optimization
• Implement advanced segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement patterns to deliver personalized experiences

Content Creation & Management:

• Write compelling product descriptions and copy for RV inventory pages that drive customer engagement and sales inquiries
• Create engaging email copy using AI copywriting tools (Jasper, Copy.AI) that builds relationships and converts prospects into customers
• Populate and maintain comprehensive show information for annual RV events, ensuring accuracy and compelling presentation
• Develop content for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events that align with RV industry trends

Web Development & Technical Innovation:

• Perform front-end development using no-code platforms like Squarespace, Webflow, or similar tools to maintain and enhance website functionality
• Customize email templates using HTML/CSS for optimal rendering across all devices and email clients
• Integrate marketing tools and ensure proper tracking implementation for comprehensive campaign measurement

Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:

• Track performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and sales attribution to continuously refine strategies
• Provide actionable insights based on comprehensive data analysis to optimize customer journey and maximize ROI
• Generate detailed reports on email marketing performance, lead generation, and customer retention metrics

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation, preferably in automotive, RV, or high-consideration purchase industries
• Strong expertise in ActiveCampaign, CRM systems (DealerSocket preferred), and AI-powered marketing tools
• Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy and manage complex automation workflows while meeting or exceeding KPIs
• Technical proficiency with no-code web development platforms, HTML/CSS, and marketing analytics tools
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and data-driven optimization strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
• Certifications in ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar marketing platforms are highly desirable
• RV or automotive industry experience with knowledge of dealership operations and seasonal marketing strategies
• Advanced skills with AI marketing tools, marketing automation, and cross-channel integration capabilities
