As a Product Specialist, your job is very straightforward: help our customers find a vehicle that best fits their needs and wants. We do not use any high-pressure tactics that are common in the industry. You are the one to give your customers the price of the vehicles and help them make the best decision for them. You desk your own deals!
Mark Miller Subaru has been in the automotive industry for four generations. The success of our employees and the satisfaction of our customers are what continually motivate us to be an industry leader. The overall success, growth, and longevity of our dealership stem from the simple idea that if we take care of our employees, they will in turn take care of our customers and we will all be successful.
Our mission is to treat both customers and employees like family and to ensure that every transaction is filled with satisfaction, honesty, and integrity. We do our best to set ourselves apart from other automotive dealers by having a transparent and fair process in all of our business practices.

Right now, the car business looks different than it ever has. New cars are all pre-sold, there are short windows when cars can be ordered, we have waitlists for most of our vehicles, and there are long wait times until cars are delivered. We want to hire people who will be flexible and proactive as we continuously adapt to this new market. We make sure our employees are properly trained and cared-for. We don't over-hire sales staff- we are looking to hire one person that will be the right fit for our culture and our guests.
