Position Summary 

  

TIE Supervisors are responsible for managing workforce and workflow at TIE events. This role includes training personnel on scanners, performing verifications, and other managerial duties. Supervisors will handle performance evaluations, confirm work hours and attendance, and provide feedback to gig companies about employee performance. They will liaise with customer store managers on-site to ensure satisfaction and maintain accurate inventory. This role requires travel and may involve working weekends or evenings as per customer schedules. Supervisors must adhere to company travel and expense guidelines and ensure that costs do not exceed the amounts charged to customers without prior approval. 

  

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Manage DART operations 

  • Liaise with customer store managers to ensure satisfaction 

  • Train contract workers on scanning equipment and procedures 

  • Monitor and confirm work hours and attendance 

  • Ensure inventory accuracy 

  • Assist with workflow management 

  • Perform remote worker management as needed 

  • Work weekends and evenings based on customer schedules 

  • Travel within the US as required 

  

Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications/Requirements 

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred 

  • Willingness to learn and adapt 

  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with employees and superiors 

  • Understanding of inventory counting processes 

  

Full Time/Part Time 

Full time (40 hours per week).
