Required knowledge skills and abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 year’s experience in related fields.
- Experience working with homelessness or housing instability
- Experience working with clients experiencing multiple barriers Knowledge of the local housing market, eligibility criteria for housing assistance programs, and relevant housing laws and regulations. i.e. HRA 2010E, CITYFHEPS, SODA, HASA, ESHI process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, landlords, and community partners
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage a caseload effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications for data entry and case management
