Part-Time Driver

Join our team as a Part-Time Driver and make a difference in the lives of our senior residents!

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents in company vehicles, including a 13-passenger mini-bus (training available if needed).
• Assist with outings and events.
• Support Life Enrichment activities, including decorating and socializing with residents.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a clean driving license.
• Has experience driving a mini-bus or is willing to learn.
• Enjoys working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.
• Is reliable, responsible, and organized.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.

Schedule & Pay:

• ~15 hours per week
• Tues & Wed: 11 AM – 2 PM
• Thurs: 11 AM – 3 PM
• Sat: 10 AM – 3 PM (alternating)
• Sun: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• $17 per hour

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid and active driver’s license.
• Meet motor vehicle records clearance requirements.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and general public.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
• Must possess current first aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must meet all health requirements.
• Must pass criminal background check.
