We are seeking a dynamic and creative Film & Digital Production Manager to oversee the planning, production, and execution of video and digital content for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both film production and digital media, with a keen eye for storytelling and visual communication. This role requires excellent project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to produce high-quality multimedia content that aligns with our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Film and Video Production:
- Plan, develop, and execute high-quality video and digital media projects from concept to delivery, including promotional videos, tutorials, interviews, product demos, and other multimedia content.
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless production processes.
- Oversee the shooting, editing, and finalizing of video content to ensure consistency with brand standards.
- Manage the technical aspects of production, including camera equipment, lighting, sound, and editing software.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple video and digital production projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, timelines, and budgets for each project.
- Track the progress of production and make adjustments to ensure that deadlines are met.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and key messages.
- Provide direction and guidance to a team of videographers, editors, and designers.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and messaging.
Post-Production and Editing:
- Lead post-production processes, including video editing, color correction, sound editing, and the creation of visual effects.
- Ensure all digital content is optimized for various platforms (e.g., website, social media, email campaigns) and meets technical specifications.
Content Strategy and Analysis:
- Work with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive engagement and meet business objectives.
- Analyze the performance of video and digital content across platforms, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
