The hours for this position are from 5:30am to 11:00am (or until breakfast service has finished and proper cleaning has been done). We offer breakfast daily from 6am - 10am. Weekend work is required.
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
- Follow all food and beverage brand standards as outlined by IHG.
- Follow all food safety standards as outlined by Alabama Health Department.
- Prepare breakfast to brand standards.
- Greet and assist guests.
- Return to the table throughout the guest’s visit to ask if guests are satisfied.
- Set menu and place food order.
- Complete regular inventory and place order for paper goods and other food and beverage needs.
- Maintain clean and organized work area before, during and after breakfast service.
- Breakdown and clean kitchen and breakfast area at the end of breakfast service.
- Report any maintenance concerns in a timely manner.
- Any other duties as assigned by General Manager.
