A Bachelor’s degree is required, and previous coaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred. A valid driver's license is also required.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Successful candidates should also be knowledgeable of and committed to the rules and regulations of the NCAA, Title IX, and SAA. The position may require the ability (and safe driving record) to drive a 15-passenger van; the ability to demonstrate appropriate technical skills during practice; the ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while working on multiple tasks; the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Travel required.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This position requires work in a normal office environment as well as on the soccer field, typically running, bending, crouching, and stooping.; use of tools requiring high dexterity as well as occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.; use of office equipment, soccer equipment, and alternative work schedule is also required.
