Bachelor’s degree required and a minimum of three years coaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred. Position also requires a valid driver’s license.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Successful candidate should be knowledgeable of and committed to the rules and regulations of the NCAA, Title IX, and the SAA. Position may require the ability (and safe driving record) to drive a 15-passenger van; ability to demonstrate appropriate technical skills during practice; ability to plan, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while working on multiple tasks; ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Some travel required.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This position requires work in a normal office environment as well as on the tennis court; typically running, bending, crouching and stooping; use of tools requiring high dexterity is required as well as occasional lifting of up to 25lbs; use of office equipment, tennis equipment and flexible work schedule is also required.
