Description

HR Support Administrator I

Job Requirements include but are not limited:

  • Proficiency in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Consistency in meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and the highest level of discretion
  • 1-2 years of HRIS administration experience (preferably including ATS, but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties include but are not limited:

  • Must be proficient in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Consistency in meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people
  • Ability to prioritize and follow through
  • Assist with the efficient day-to-day operations of the P & C team
  • Provide support throughout the new hire and termination process
  • Assist in basic benefits administration and qualifying events: Medical/Dental/Vision, Supplemental insurance, 401k, including internal audits
  • Assist in the maintenance and retention of employee files
  • Maintain details in the HRIS/ATS (Human Resource Information System/Applicant Tracking System)
  • Assist in implementation of services, policies, and employee programs
  • Employment verifications
  • Plan company-wide virtual events
  • Assist with company surveys and Best Self Review set up and facilitation
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and act as back up for orientation sessions
  • Assist in termination tasks
  • Audit and communication employee location changes to appropriate teams
  • Special projects as needed

Experience: 0-2 years of basic HR administration experience (Payroll, Employment, Termination, Benefits Administration)
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Admin preferred but not mandatory
Licensure Requirements: None required
