Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas and restrooms throughout the day
- Gathering, washing, drying, folding, and returning laundry
- Maintaining the cleanliness of resident units – including but not limited to wiping counters, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, sinks, and showers.
- Light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs and taking out trash
- Maintain proper levels of cleaning products
- Performing all work in a safe manner
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 45 pounds
- Candidates must be comfortable interacting with others
