Description

We are looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our Commercial Accounting Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial statements
  • G/L account analysis and review
  • Variance analysis
  • Coding A/P invoices and review of the A/P input for accuracy
  • Managing vendor payments and monitoring property cash flow
  • Preparation of Annual budget
  • Preparation of CAM & TAX Estimates / Reconciliations
  • Review Tenant rent charges along with reviewing Tenant leases
  • Ensuring compliance with the management agreements
  • Assist with the acquisition and disposition of assignments
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to effectively and timely communicate
  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented and possess excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Have a strong work ethic and have the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in Yardi or equivalent program is a plus
  • Good time management skills
  • Must have the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
