Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a professional, qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Property Manager for our Commercial Property Management Division. This position will be located at the Wayne County Criminal Justice Center in Detroit, MI.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder relations
• Monitor and respond to work orders
• Building inspections
• Coordination of projects to improve building maintenance/appearance
• Assist with procurement of service contracts
• Assist with vendor oversight for contract compliance
• Vendor invoice approval
• Management of janitorial supplies and consumables
• Clerical and administrative tasks are assigned
• Be available and respond to after hour emergencies
• Oversee mail operations
• Oversee package and dock operations
• Assist with oversight of HQ (warehouse operations)
• Support guest services coordinator

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in commercial/office property management and a
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• CPM or similar designation and knowledge
• Experience in Yardi or MRI are a plus
• Must have a valid drivers license and automotive insurance
