Role Summary:

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing RPA solutions to optimize business processes. This role involves close collaboration with various business units to understand their workflow requirements and the RPA Center of Excellence (COE) on developing automation strategies and ensuring successful deployment and maintenance of RPA solutions.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Identify organizational deficiencies in processes and pinpoint possible solutions.
  2. Work with subject matter experts to gather and document process requirements and workflows for automation.
  3. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  4. Evaluate and prioritize processes for automation based on feasibility and potential ROI.
  5. Develop specific business cases, along with key performance indicators for each robotics implementation project and back tests outcomes to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
  6. Create detailed process design documents for RPA development.
  7. Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
  8. Collaborate with RPA developers and RPA COE on solution design and execution.
  9. Perform thorough testing and validation to ensure robotic automations operate as intended.
  10. Monitor robotic automations to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  11. Identify and troubleshoot Bugs that arise during robotic automation operation.
  12. Evaluate enhancement opportunities to improve robotic automation performance.
  13. Work closely with business units and RPA COE to ensure alignment on automation goals.
  14. Provide training and support to end-users and team members on RPA solutions.
  15. Consult and interact with leadership teams, internal customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure effective product and application performance.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.

  7. Ability to work across the organization at all levels with a wide range of skillsets and styles.
  8. Adaptable and can manage change with ease.

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  2. Four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree acceptable.
  3. Proven experience in process automation and implementation.
  4. Required to perform daily tasks independently, as well as collaboratively.
  5. Ability to travel to complete assigned responsibilities and attend professional seminars and education as approved.

$80,259.24 - $120,388.85
