What You Will Need:
- More than one year of similar or related experience in Human Resources, Team Engagement, event planning, or public relations experience.
- Two-year degree with emphasis in Human Resources or related field; education may be substituted with year-for-year additional experience in function.
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and business software such as Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Outlook, as well as a general understanding of the Windows operating systems.
- Some travel is required to attend credit union training, fulfill duties, and for career development as approved.
- Ability to work outside of normal office hours, on occasion, to facilitate recognition events.
