Job Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI development with a focus on Tableau.

Technical Skills:
-
Proficient in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.

Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
-
Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Certifications: Tableau Certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Professional) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar industry.

Familiarity with additional BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView.

Understanding of cloud data platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
