Education & Experience
- Bachelors required
- Experience in program management.
- At least three years of managing staff with demonstrated excellence in performance management/development and team building.
Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and produce quality presentations and reports.
- Proficient in data analysis and program evaluation skills.
- Ability to leverage various types of technology and systems in order to efficiently maximize operations and drive meaningful results.
- Openness to learning new ideas and constructive feedback.
- Humble, yet determined and excellent collaborator.
