Must have two years of similar or related coaching experience. Experience with youth and/or young adults in mentoring, teaching or coaching is preferred. Strong knowledge of golf instruction, golf technology, rules and tournament preparation.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary. Ability to motivate or positively influence others is a material part of the position. Skilled in diplomacy and trust. Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner is required.
