This role is a full-time, non-exempt position supporting attorneys in our Business Law Practice Group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, typing and revising legal documents and correspondence, proofreading, eFiling and docketing, billing, maintaining files (paper and electronic), calendaring and tracking deadlines, general research, answering the telephone, assisting clients, and responding promptly with the ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

 

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with relevant experience. Experience with litigation and/or bankruptcy preferred.  The successful candidate will produce high quality work in a timely and professional manner, while providing exceptional client service and team support. The ideal applicant will have impeccable attention to detail, strong organization skills, advanced computer skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel), and a general knowledge of both state and federal trial court processes and procedures. Applicants should have proven project management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks successfully, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
