MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years in full HR management (Recruiting, Employee Relations, Coaching, etc.)
- 3+ years in a HR leadership role
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field of study
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, coaching and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Proficiency with full MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment
