- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or USA Weightlifting (USAW) Level 1 certification required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strength and conditioning at the high school, collegiate, or professional level
- Strong leadership and communication skills to engage and motivate student-athletes of all levels
- Experience designing and implementing strength programs for multiple sports and general student populations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support athletic programs and student needs
