Sales Engineer, Beeline Professional

Position Purpose:

Beeline Professional is a premier software solution that simplifies and optimizes contingent workforce management for mid-sized businesses. Our platform enables organizations to efficiently manage their non-employee workforce with enhanced compliance and valuable insights, allowing businesses to concentrate on their core operations while we handle their workforce needs.

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver impactful demonstrations for customers, prospects, suppliers, and partners.
  • Configure dashboards, reports, and specific requirements to support tailored solutions that may evolve into standard offerings
  • Maintain an up-to-date demo version of Beeline Professional, including staging and configuration of the latest version
  • Develop and refine standard and custom demo scripts to support the sales process.
  • Serve as the product expert during the sales lifecycle and effectively communicate the value of Beeline Professional’s solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Sales Team, Relationship Management Team, Solution Design Team, and Sales Support Specialist.
  • Collaborate in software design discussions and contribute to use cases and Jira tickets for functionality enhancements.
  • Create and maintain a base configuration environment, documenting configuration settings and submitting modifications as needed
  • Assist in preparing RFP responses, leveraging expertise as the Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Proactive initiative and excellent communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to document configuration settings effectively
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Flexibility in work location and hours.
  • Experience with VMS desired; CRM experience required.
  • Travel Requirement 10% travel as needed.
