WHO WE ARE
Holland Hall was established in 1922 and currently serves approximately 1,000 preK through 12th grade students in a coeducational setting. An Episcopal school distinguished by an excellent academic program and a student-centered environment emphasizing a holistic approach to education, we strive to provide a challenging, comprehensive educational experience grounded in a rigorous liberal arts college preparatory curriculum that promotes critical thinking and life-long learning. POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Support Specialist is part of a team that is responsible for designing, engineering, implementing, and maintaining solutions that support faculty, staff, students, and the Holland Hall community’s technology use. This position focuses on providing an excellent End User experience.
We are a 100% Apple environment that includes iPads and Macs with an MDM. We are also a Google Workspace environment. There are no PCs or servers to support in our environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Apple Products - iPad, Mac and the Apple "ecosystem".

Identify current practices that can be improved with proper technology use or new solution/implementation.

Participate in solution design.

Implement the technology portion of the designed solution.

Provide training to end users as required.

Support with on-going maintenance/upgrades of systems

Provide “triage” to end users when appropriate to assist other technology team members.
