Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Pediatric Urologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. The Hospital is part of NYC Health + Hospitals. Lincoln, is a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the diverse communities of the Bronx. As one of the largest public healthcare providers in the city, Lincoln offers a comprehensive range of services, with a focus on patient-centered care, community health, and medical education. We are looking for a board-certified or board eligible Pediatric Urologist who is passionate about working with children and families, as well as committed to the education and training of Urology residents. As a Pediatric Urologist at Lincoln, you will provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients, perform surgeries, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children with urological conditions. In addition to providing clinical care, you will play a key role in the academic mission of our institution by working with Urology residents, providing teaching, supervision, and guidance to trainees in both the outpatient and surgical settings. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical practice and teaching in a supportive, diverse, and dynamic environment. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Weill Medical College of Cornell University to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Robotic Pediatric Surgical Experience
  • Strong clinical and surgical expertise in pediatric urology

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Completion of an accredited Pediatric Urology Fellowship
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Urology
  • New York State Medical License (or eligibility for licensure)

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $450,000* based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $525,000**, which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

  • Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
    • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
    • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
  • Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
  • Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
  • Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) provided at no cost to you.
  • Additional employee-paid Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage is available for you and your family.
  • Loan Forgiveness: Position may be eligible for loan forgiveness through certain state or federal programs.
  • Medical Malpractice Coverage (equivalent to occurrence-based): Provided at no cost to the employee.
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
  • Pre-tax employee-paid contributions for commuting expenses.
  • Visa sponsorship will be considered for this position.
