About the Altoona Curve:
The Altoona Curve, Double-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, have delighted fans since 1999 at People’s Natural Gas Field. With a legacy of developing Major League talent and hosting family-friendly events, the Curve combine thrilling baseball with strong community ties. The Altoona Curve are a proud member club of Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH). DBH was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through best practices, professional management, innovation, and investment.
Position Overview:
The Manager, Digital Media & Partnership Management will oversee engaging content creation for social media and email campaigns while supporting the activation and fulfillment of corporate partnerships. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, collaborative, and skilled at managing multiple projects to ensure seamless execution and strong community impact.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Social Media
- Management and content creation for organic postings on Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Management and content creation for paid advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Create the content and schedule for email blasts
Partnership Management and Activation
- Assist with partnership activations including, gamedays and non-gamedays
- Ensure that all elements of partnerships are fulfilled and documented
- Responsible for all POP photos as assigned by the Director of Corporate partnerships
- Assist in maintaining a spreadsheet with all active and available inventory as needed
- Work with Creative Services team and Director of Corporate partnerships to create all proof of performances
- Handle pregame tour for Kunzler team captain prior to each home game
- Ensure that all staff meals are delivered to the proper areas and cleaned up afterwards
- Ensure that photos of all available inventory are accessible for graphic designers to create sales pitches
- Ensure that photos of all group areas are up to date and available to be used for marketing and promotions teams
- Making sure promotional items are distributed for exit giveaways and giveaway sponsors receive their items on the day of their partnership
- Ensure that pregame and radio interviewees are prepared and in the correct areas at the time of their interviews
- Photos of all first pitches distributed to ticket sales and corporate sales reps to send to group leaders and sponsors following game dates
- All POP photos need to be organized into proper sponsorship folders to ensure accurate POP’s and speed up the creation process
- Updating Master POP list for corporate sales and graphics departments
- Transition into a role of completing all MiLB POP’s in 2026
- Assist in the creation of new inventory for reps to sell
- Collaborate and regularly communicate internally with all departments to fulfill all partnership assets
- Ensure all in-stadium signage is in good condition and work with marketing, sales and creative team to update signage that is old or in disrepair
