Busser

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
• Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations,
• service plates, and utensils.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and
• being attentive to additional needs.
• Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Working knowledge of spirits, wine, and food
