JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing campaign strategy and content creation for digital advertising for both vendor-based and in-house campaigns, including video/still photography as needed. Oversee campaign strategy, content creation, vendor relationship management and results analysis of marketing campaigns including onboarding, email campaigns, texting campaigns, digital banking, website, digital ads, and social media. Responsible for recommending the best digital tools/strategies to help achieve management goals. Lead and direct the Creative Services team in executing projects. Assists VP of Marketing by providing insights and recommendations, based on current research data, to guide management decisions on new financial products, services, and market strategies for the credit union.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that aligns with department goals. Set clear expectations, empower team members to take ownership of their work, and support their professional growth through regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities. Ensure effective communication, promote a positive work environment, and address challenges proactively to maintain team cohesion and drive success.
- Manages vendor relationships for A/V and media production, digital media placement, and other forms of advertising.
- Prepares, implements and supervises the marketing and advertising budgets, consistent with the overall strategic direction and annual Business Plan/Budget.
- Responsible for campaign strategy, content creation, site management, updates and additions for all TVFCU websites, including but not limited to tvfcu.com. Manages relationship with website vendors.
- Oversee digital ads, including working with outside vendors to achieve strategic goals. Tracks ROI of campaigns and adjusts to improve results.
- Oversee social media content creation and monitoring, strategic promotions and e-services needs. Assist with special projects, community involvement, and other marketing efforts as needed.
- Create a positive team atmosphere and facilitates teamwork beyond the scope of own functional area. Interact with co-workers to facilitate positive and productive, working relationships. Provide positive assistance and support at all times when dealing with members, co-workers, and other departments or branches. Proactively communicate with those impacted by marketing promotions, new products, advertising campaigns, collateral material and community involvement activities to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date.
- Represent TVFCU in a professional manner at civic functions, community involvement activities, and marketing events, creating a favorable impression and new opportunities for the Credit Union.
- Proactively demonstrate the TVFCU core values of integrity, honesty, flexibility, teamwork, leadership, accountability and strong relationships in every interaction with members.
