Description

The Administrative Assistant to Building and Grounds/Facilities will assist in the execution of day-to-day tasks such as phone calls, emails, the department and facility calendar, scheduling and planning, maintaining important records and documents, filing, processing department expenses, monitoring work requests and will act as a liaison between other departments or ministries as directed.

Qualifications: Must have strong organization skills, excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, flexible, MS Office & computer experience required, and must have prior work experience in an administrative role. Full-time with benefits, Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week in office. Some weekend and/or evenings as needed for events.
