Shepherd Youth is seeking a dedicated individual to lead and engage with our 9th - 11th grade male students and their families and volunteer leaders. This role will focus on building intentional relationships, providing consistent support, and ensuring a welcoming ministry experience for youth and their families. You will work closely with the Youth Manager to implement curriculum, create engaging programming, and support our growing Shepherd community.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on ministry experience
- Strong theological background
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable leading and speaking in front of crowds
This is a non-exempt, part-time (22 hours per week) position.
Must be available on:
- Tuesdays from 9:00AM - 5:00PM
- Wednesdays from 1:00PM - 9:00PM
- Saturdays from 5:00PM - 8:00PM
- Sundays from 9:30AM - 12:30PM
