Shepherd Youth Ministry is seeking a dedicated individual to lead and engage with our 9th-11th grade male students, their families, and volunteer leaders. This role will focus on building intentional relationships, providing consistent support, and ensuring a welcoming ministry experience for all students, youth, and their families. You will work closely with the Youth Manager to implement curriculum, create engaging programming, and support our growing Shepherd community.
3-5 years of hands-on ministry experience preferred; strong Theological Background; excellent communication skills; and comfortable leading and speaking in front of crowds.
Part Time, 22 hours per week, and must be available on Tuesdays 9am-5pm; Wed 1pm-9pm; Sat 5pm-8pm; and Sundays 9:30am-12:30pm.
