Are you passionate about building community and fostering spiritual growth? Shepherd Church is looking for a dedicated Life Group Coordinator to oversee our life group leader system. In this pivotal role, you will recruit, train, and support life group leaders while collaborating with our Events Team to promote engaging men’s and women’s events.
As a key player in our mission, you’ll have the opportunity to nurture and empower leaders within the Simi Valley campus. Your role will involve communicating exciting events, providing ongoing care, providing administrative oversight, and creating an atmosphere that welcomes growth and connection.
We are looking for someone who is caring, a team player and can effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. This is a part time role with 10 to 15 hours weekly. Must be available Sunday mornings from 7:30 am – 1:00 pm, Wednesday mornings, and one weeknight to lead a Life Group.
