Description

We are currently seeking a junior to mid level associate to support our Sacramento office's Trust and Estate Litigation practice group.  This group has extensive experience representing individual, professional, and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the full panoply of contested Trust and Estate matters.

In this role, you will be assisting with all aspects of litigation, including drafting of petitions, drafting discovery, taking depositions, making court appearances and trial.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years business litigation experience with a strong interest in trust and estate litigation.  Prior experience working in this specific practice area (trust, estate, conservatorship, guardianship, and elder abuse litigation) is a huge plus.  Candidates should also be licensed to practice in California, have strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Pay Scale: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $130-$185k, with bonus potential of up to $80,000.  This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate’s years of practice and experience and performance.
